Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days(Monday to Friday), but it is not guaranteed.

We usually dispatch most orders received by 3pm the following working day (Monday to Friday) depending on availability.

Please look for the confirmation email after placing the order, it might go the spam. We always send updates of dispatch with the tracking number as well.

Please note that shipping times are from the time of dispatch.

Free Shipping over £75 

Packages with free shipping are delivered by Royal Mail 48 hours or Dpd service.

Under £75 the following options are available at the moment:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service, not guaranteed delivery time - £3.65

Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service, not guaranteed delivery time - £4.65

Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service, not guaranteed delivery time, for heavy items - £7.69 

• this is a convenient delivery service with a notification to the recipient. It is not a guaranteed next day service according to Royal Mail. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours Service, not guaranteed delivery time, for heavy items - £6.65

We can arrange DPD deliveries, please enquire.
